This page is just a compliation of the food that I eat and they are usually recommended. I will be updating this page very often with more new food.
Some of the food are not the best, but they are still better than the junk available outside.

mozzzrella cheese
choose these cheese instead of "square" cheese, or get those which looks like cake (very common seen in cartoon)
Canned tuna/salmon
because of mecury content, limit your consumption of canned fish.
eggs (eat the yolks too)
meiji fresh milk
choose only this natural milk instead of processed HL milk
