FAQ about long term training program
What is the difference between this program and a 16-session package?
There is a saving of $2.50/session if you train twice a week. The saving will be bigger ($7-$10/session) if the client trains 3-4 times a week.
Why don't you give us the program for training 4 times a week from the start?
The 4-day split program is not suitable for beginners. Training 3 times weekly will be very good for beginners.
Will I get back the $500 & how it works?
Assuming the client goes through 2 sessions weekly for 5 months.
- Payment of $500 of membership fee.
- Payment of weekly payment of $75 at the beginning of the week.
- On the 5th week, there is a rebate of $100. Since the payment is only $75, I will be paying you $25 in cash or you can choose to pay me $50 for the 6th week.
- This payment cycle will repeat till you get back the $500.
Will I be given any money from the $500 if I were to stop PT within 5 months?
No, the money will be forfeited.
What will be the rate after 5 months?
You will still be paying for the discounted rate.

This program is started after a client of mine complained that it is expensive to go have a PT for long term when there is no flexibility in the current package. This program will offer saving as compared to traditional scheme.
The progress will be tremendous for 4-day split program, but it is not suitable for beginners. There will be a need for decent foundation before embarking on 4-day split.
The transformation will be huge after 5 months. I hope to see better transformations on my testimonial page which will impress more people.
