Learn how to workout correctly
In 5 sessions...
You will be taught many things which you will need in 4 sessions. (90 minutes each session)
- Warming up
- Self myofascial release
- Integrated stretching
- Muscle activation
- Core training
- Integrated strength training
- Metabolic training
The 5th session will consist of a full workout from warm up to strength training and cardio to show me that you can workout on your own.
A monthly follow up session will be recommended thereafter to learn more exercises!
Why do I need this?
All of us have different posture problem and muscle imbalance. With quick assessment to your posture and movement, I will be able to prescribe you with different exercises to correct it.
You will also learn all the movements required in strength training and know how to execute metabolic training correctly.
What will I achieve in 5 sessions?
The knowledge to train on your own. With proper knowledge and execution of movement, you can get progress much faster than normal training. You will be able to prevent injury. It is important to stay injury-free in training so that you will be able to train constantly.
For clients with slower pace of learning, this package will give you a good review of my training.
