This is the progress done in 15 sessions over a period of 3 months. (1 session weekly)

The changes she went through.

  1. Started to eat breakfast everyday.
  2. No more junk snack.
  3. Total body workout + HIIT each session.

There is a noticeable change in her body composition. She is considered strong with her petie figure. There is still a lot of room for improvement if she can afford the time to eat 6 meals a day and workout at least twice a week.
