This is the progress done in 15 sessions over a period of 3 months. (1 session weekly)
The changes she went through.
- Started to eat breakfast everyday.
- No more junk snack.
- Total body workout + HIIT each session.
Results
- Body weight drop by 1kg. (Do note this is after increase in muscle mass and drop in fat mass)
- Inches loss at all problematic areas. (tummy, thighs, hip & arms)
- Sharper face.
- Collar bone become visible.
There is a noticeable change in her body composition. She is considered strong with her petie figure. There is still a lot of room for improvement if she can afford the time to eat 6 meals a day and workout at least twice a week.
