The build is quoted from $500 SGD, scoped to what you actually need, and waived entirely if you prepay a one-year subscription upfront. If we're going for the grant, this is where the project gets scoped to fit EDG's requirements — before any work starts.
We build, then it runs
I build it, you use it. From $80 SGD/month after that covers hosting, upkeep and support, so it keeps running without you having to think about it.

Offset the cost with a grant
Projects like this can qualify for Enterprise Singapore's Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), which covers up to 50% of qualifying project costs for SMEs. That's real government co-funding, not a gimmick, and it can bring your actual out-of-pocket cost down by a lot.
Worth knowing upfront, so there's no surprise later

It's reimbursement-based. You pay first, then claim the grant portion back after the project is approved and delivered.
Sequence
The project can't have started before approval comes through — so this needs to be sorted before we begin work, not after.
Not automatic
Approval isn't guaranteed. Enterprise Singapore assesses each application on its own merits.

Fair questions
Isn't one system riskier than using established tools?
Fair question. The system runs on the same infrastructure standards enterprise tools use — encrypted data, proper backups, access controls — just without the bloat and per-seat pricing you don't need at small business scale. And because it's one system, there's no risk of your CRM and your accounting numbers drifting apart because two different tools didn't sync properly.
What happens in the free session?
We go through where your operations are leaking time and money, and I show you what I'd build to fix it. If EDG is worth pursuing, we cover that too. No charge, no obligation, and no pitch at the end — if it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
Do I own what gets built?
Yes. It's built for your business and scoped around your workflow, not a template you rent. The monthly fee covers hosting, upkeep and support — the ongoing running of it, not permission to use it.
How long does a build take?
It depends entirely on scope, which is exactly why we scope it before quoting rather than after. You'll get a realistic timeline with the quote, and we agree on what “done” means before any work starts.
What if I already use Xero and don't want to move off it?
Then we don't move you off it. Some builds replace the stack outright, others sit on top of what you already run and stop you being the one copying data between systems. Which one makes sense is part of the diagnosis.
