Most of the time, yes. The calculator uses the Swiss Ephemeris, the standard astronomical engine in professional Human Design software, and results have been checked against mybodygraph.com across multiple charts. Small differences usually come from a birth time close to a gate boundary, where a few minutes can shift a gate.
Tick “Birth time unknown” and 12:00 is used. Type and many centres often stay the same across a day, but profile, authority and some gates can change with the hour, so treat those as a guess until you find your birth time.
