Privacy policy

01Who this is

kevinchia.sg is the personal website of Kevin Chia, an individual based in Singapore. Payments for the paid charts go to my company, Vivre Activewear Pte Ltd, but this site and the data on it are mine to answer for. There is no data protection department. Questions and requests go to a person — me — at [email protected].

This policy covers kevinchia.sg and its subdomains. It does not cover the other businesses I am involved in, which run their own sites and their own policies.

02What is collected

Analytics, on public pages

Three third-party tools load when you visit a public page:

• Meta Pixel — records that a page was viewed, along with your IP address, browser and device details. Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.
• Microsoft Clarity — records how pages are actually used: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and session replays. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into a form is not meant to appear in a recording.
• Google Analytics — counts visits and page views, where visitors come from (search, links, social), roughly where they are, and what device they use. It does not receive what you type into a form.

These load automatically when the page does. There is currently no cookie banner asking first — see section 06, where I say what that means and what you can do about it.

The private dashboard pages under /one/ carry no analytics at all.

Car-buying help and WhatsApp

There is no contact form. To ask about car-buying help, you message me on WhatsApp. The car budget calculator works in your browser and stores nothing. If you press its WhatsApp button, it writes a message with your budget numbers, and you choose whether to send it.

What you send me on WhatsApp (your name and number, your budget, the cars you are looking at, and anything else you tell me) stays in my WhatsApp, and I use it to help you with your car. If I introduce you to a dealer, an owner or a lender, I pass on only what they need, such as your name and number, and I tell you first. They then handle your details under their own policies; a lender will ask for its own documents for a loan.

WhatsApp is run by Meta, under its own privacy policy.

The free Bazi and Human Design calculators

You type in a birth date, a birth time, and a birth location. Those go to my calculation server so the chart can be worked out, and the result comes back to your browser.

Separately, one row is written to my database recording that a calculation happened. That row contains:

• Birth year, month and day
• An age bracket worked out from the year
• Gender and country, where the form asked for them
• Whether the chart was for you or someone else
• Which version of the tool you used

What that row does not contain: your name, your birth time, your exact birth location, your email, or anything that identifies you. The name and birth time are used for the calculation in the moment and are not written to the database.

I use this to see whether the tools are worth keeping. That is genuinely all.

Emailing yourself your free chart

Under a free Bazi or Human Design chart you can ask me to email it to you. Only if you type your email and tick the box, I store:

• Your email, and your name if you typed one
• The birth date, birth time and birth city of the chart (and gender, for Bazi), and the person's name if the chart is someone else's
• When you asked, when the email went out, and whether you asked me not to send the follow-up

This is kept in the same database as the orders, so that the link in the email opens your chart again and the order page can fill itself in if you decide to get the full chart. The email comes from [email protected] through Amazon's email service. I send one follow-up a few days later, unless you have bought the full chart or pressed the link in the email that stops it, and then nothing more about that chart. The saved chart page is private in the same way as a paid chart page: kept out of search engines, never passing its address on, and its link is the only key to it.

Asking your Bazi chart

On Ask your chart you give a birth date, time, city and gender, choose a topic, and ask a question. My server works out the chart, picks the parts your question needs, and sends them with your question to Claude, by Anthropic, which writes the answer. Each question and answer, with the birth year, gender and city, and whether you said it matched, is also sent to my Telegram so I can see how the readings are doing.

Your first question opens a question account with no name or email: your browser keeps its key. I keep, in my database on Supabase, your questions and answers, the last birth details you asked about (so the form is filled in next time), how many questions you have left, and how many free questions each chart has used (the birth date and hour with the gender, with no name, so a chart gets its three free questions once). If you top up, I also keep your email and the payment (as for an order, below), and email you a private link that opens your account on any device. Anyone with that link can see your questions and use them, so keep it to yourself. To have your questions deleted, email [email protected] from the address you topped up with.

Ordering your Bazi chart or Human Design Data Kit

When you order your Bazi chart on the Bazi order page or your Human Design Data Kit on the Human Design order page, I store what the form asks for, because I need all of it to draw and deliver it:

• Your name and email (for written readings ordered before 26 September 2026, also your WhatsApp number if you asked for delivery there)
• The birth date, birth time and birth city for the chart (and gender, for Bazi), and the person's name if the chart is someone else's
• For those older written readings, your question and anything else you chose to tell me in the boxes, including relationship or work status if you picked one
• The order itself: what you ordered, the price, when you paid and how it was delivered

You pay by PayNow into the Aspire business account of Vivre Activewear Pte Ltd, my company. My server reads that account's incoming payments to match yours to your order by its reference, and stores the payment's amount and transaction id. I never see your bank details.

Emails about your order, including the link to your chart page, are sent from [email protected] through Amazon's email service. If you chose WhatsApp for an older written reading, I send it to your number myself.

Your chart page, Bazi or Human Design, is private: it is kept out of search engines, it never passes its address on to other sites, and its link is the only key to it. Each time it is opened, my server looks up the birth details behind the link and runs the chart on my own chart engine; nothing about the visit is stored.

Your chart page is not written by AI. For Human Design Foundation Reports ordered before 26 September 2026, I may use AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic, with your chart and what you wrote on the form, only for your order.

Reviews and videos

Written reviews are submitted on smeaio.com, the business I co-founded, and are held under its privacy policy. This site only displays the ones I choose to show.

A video about buying a car with me is only made and posted with your OK, and you see it before it goes up. Car plates are blurred, and your face too if you ask. Your IC, address, loan papers and phone number are never shown. If you withdraw your consent later, I blur or cut out your face, voice and anything else that identifies you.

Chat

The Chat button in the menu opens a chat with me. It asks for nothing about you. What you type, and the page you were on, is sent to my Telegram so I can read and answer it, and the conversation is stored so my replies can reach you. If you put your email or name in a message, that is stored too because it is part of the message.

The chat runs on the same system as the chat on smeaio.com, the business I co-founded, and is stored in that system's database. Your browser also keeps a copy of the conversation so it is still there when you come back.

Signing in

The sign-in page exists for me. It is a private dashboard restricted to my own accounts, and sign-ups are blocked at the database for any other address. If you sign in, the site records your email address, your Google account identifier, and the times you signed in.

Server and network logs

Like any website, the servers and the CDN in front of them keep short-lived request logs containing IP addresses, timestamps, and which page was asked for. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, not something I analyse.

03Cookies and local storage

Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics set their own cookies. Those are the only tracking cookies on the site.

The site also uses your browser's local storage for things kept on your device:

• Draft form contents on the tools, so a refresh does not lose your work
• Simulator game state, so you can come back to a session in progress
• A copy of your chat with me, so it follows you from page to page (cleared after 14 days). The messages themselves reach me as described under Chat above.
• The birth details you last typed into the free Bazi or Human Design calculator, so the order page can fill them in for you
• An unpaid order you have open, so its PayNow QR is still there if you come back (cleared once it is paid)
• The key to your Ask your chart account, so your questions are there next time. It is sent with each question so my server can find your account.

Clearing your browser data removes all of it.

04Who else sees it

I use these services to run the site. Each holds some data as a result, and each has its own privacy policy which governs what they do with it.

Because several of these operate globally, data may be processed outside Singapore. I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with anyone beyond the services listed above, apart from a dealer, owner or lender I introduce you to, as described under Car-buying help.

05How long it is kept

• Calculator records — kept indefinitely. They contain nothing that identifies you.
• Free charts you emailed yourself: kept so the link keeps working. Ask me and I delete it.
• Orders — kept for as long as I need them for the reading, any follow-up question, and my business records. Ask me and I delete the order's birth details and question, keeping only what the accounts need (what was bought, the price and the payment).
• WhatsApp messages — kept in my WhatsApp while they help me help you. Ask me and I delete our chat.
• Videos — kept up for as long as I keep them online. If you withdraw consent, I blur or cut out what identifies you.
• Sign-in records — kept for as long as the account exists. Mine.
• Analytics — held by Meta, Microsoft and Google under their own retention schedules, not mine.
• Server logs — short-lived, days rather than months.

06Your choices, honestly stated

I would rather tell you exactly where this site stands than write something reassuring and vague.

There is no consent banner yet. The analytics tools load as soon as a public page does. Under Singapore's PDPA my obligation is to tell you what is collected and why, which is what this page is for. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the stricter standard there is opt-in consent before anything loads, and this site does not currently meet it. I would rather write that down than pretend otherwise. It is on my list to fix.

In the meantime, these all work:

• A content or tracker blocker will stop all three tools outright. None of them is needed for anything on the site to work.
• Microsoft offers a privacy statement covering Clarity, and Clarity respects your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.
• Meta's ad and activity settings, inside your Facebook or Instagram account, control what Meta does with pixel data.
• Do not use the Bazi and Human Design calculators, and no row is written. Beyond that, nothing records anything about you unless you place an order, email yourself a chart, ask your chart, use the chat or message me.

To see, correct, or delete anything I hold about you, email [email protected]. Tell me roughly when and what you submitted so I can find it. There is no form and no ticket number — it is one person reading email. I will action it as quickly as I reasonably can.

07Children

This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted something, email me and I will remove it.

08Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Database access is governed by row-level rules so that private data is reachable only by my own signed-in account, and the private dashboard is restricted to a fixed list of addresses at the database level rather than only in the page.

No system is perfect and I am not going to claim otherwise. If you find a security problem, please email me before telling anyone else — I will fix it and I will thank you properly.

09Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history; the current page is the whole policy.
