A solar time correction is applied based on your birth longitude, which affects the Hour Pillar. Two cities in the same time zone can have different solar times. Someone born in Singapore and someone born in Chengdu are both on UTC+8, but their solar times differ by over an hour.

Enter your local birth time at the place you were born. Do not convert it to Singapore time. A baby born in London at 3:00 PM enters 3:00 PM. The calculator handles the rest.
